Pre-Apprenticeship is a way for school districts to provide work-based learning opportunities and begin to fill the talent pipeline. This presentation is designed to assist districts in understanding the basics of Pre-Apprenticeship and how to implement their own Pre-Apprenticeship programs. Participants will hear from Sinclair's Pre-Apprenticeship Coordinator along with Tipp City Schools and Centerville City Schools, two high school partners, who have designed their own programs.
